c. Cable is defective, try using cable from another computer if problem goes away cable is
defective.
d. Port on Scout mini is defective, try using another port on Scout mini. If problem goes
away port is defective.
9. Lower resolution video OK, but can’t enter high-resolution mode.
a. Wrong CPU cable used. Be sure you are using a Dakota High-Resolution Combo cable
set. 3rd party cables are often of poor quality.
b. Video driver has not been setup correctly. Windows, OS/2, or other driver has not been
configured for this resolution. Configure the driver.
c. Ensure that all cables are correctly and firmly seated.
